Branding, logo, and social proof
Make every gate page look like yours. Logo, brand colour, and the trust signals that go under your form.
You can brand SendClaw two ways: once at the organisation level (every gate inherits) or page-by-page (when one campaign needs to look different).
Organisation defaults
Settings → Branding (admin only).
- Logo: PNG, JPEG, WebP, or SVG, up to 5 MB. Appears at the top of any gate where the Show logo toggle is on.
- Brand colour: coming soon as an in-app toggle. For now SendClaw uses our default brand orange.
The logo's a one-and-done. Upload it once and every gate you build from then on shows it automatically, unless you turn it off per-page.
Social proof
Below the form on your gate is space for social proof: avatars of customers, a star rating, and a one-line caption ("Trusted by 250+ marketing teams"). Three layouts:
- Inline: avatars on the left, stars + caption on the right. Default.
- Stacked: avatars centred above the stars and caption.
- Minimal: stars and caption only, no avatars.
Set this once in Settings → Social proof and every gate uses it.
Per-document social proof
Sometimes one campaign needs different social proof: different customers, a different number of stars, a custom caption. On the design canvas, open the Trust & conversion section and toggle "Show social proof" on. Edit any field and the page switches to using your custom values just for that document. The other documents in your organisation still use the organisation default.
A "Reset to organisation defaults" link appears once you've customised. Click it and the page goes back to following the global setting.
Avatar uploads
Avatars compress automatically as they upload, so a 2 MB photo from your phone arrives at the page as a tiny file that loads instantly. You don't need to resize anything yourself.
Legal footer
Settings → Legal. Add your legal entity name, terms URL, privacy URL, and an optional paragraph of small print. The footer renders at the bottom of every gate page (not on the content viewer that follows). On by default; turn it off per-organisation if you don't need it.
Logo on or off per page
Even with a logo set at the organisation level, you can hide it per-page from the design canvas → Page step → Branding → Show org logo. Useful for unbranded landing pages or test campaigns.
