Booking calls (Cal.com, Calendly, SavvyCal, iClosed)

Show a calendar widget after your form, pre-filled with your visitor's details. They book a call without typing anything twice.

After your visitor fills in the form, you can show them a calendar to book a call. The form they just filled in pre-fills the calendar widget, so they're not retyping their name and email. One click and they're on your calendar.

Supported booking tools

  • Cal.com
  • Calendly
  • SavvyCal
  • iClosed

Paste any event-type URL from one of these and SendClaw handles the rest.

Two ways:

  • Once for everything: Settings → Booking. Set a URL and a heading and every gate uses it.
  • Per page: Design canvas → Page step → Trust & conversionBooking. Override the org default just for this document.

The heading defaults to "Book a call". Change it inline to anything that fits your campaign.

How it shows up

  • On a laptop: a calendar sits in a sticky sidebar next to your content. Your visitor reads the document and books the call without ever leaving the page.
  • On a phone: a pinned pill at the bottom of the screen. Tap it and the calendar slides up.

What gets pre-filled

When your visitor lands on the calendar, these are already filled in for them:

  • First name, last name, and full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (including country code)
  • Company name

What gets filled depends on which booking tool you're using and what the visitor entered in your form. Anything they didn't fill in is left blank for them to add on the calendar page if they want.

Calendly phone calls

If your Calendly event is set to "Phone call (Invitee phone number)" as the location, the phone number from your form is also pre-filled into Calendly's call-number box. Saves a step.

UTM forwarding

If your visitor arrived from a UTM-tagged link (say, a tweet with ?utm_source=twitter), those tags follow them into the booking widget. The meeting in your calendar tool can then be attributed to the same source as the lead in SendClaw. Anything you've already baked into your booking URL wins, so you don't have to worry about overrides.
