Email notifications
Email your team the moment a lead is captured. One recipient or twenty, with a per-document override.
When a lead fills in your gate form, SendClaw can fire an email to everyone on your team who needs to know.
Set up the recipients
Two places to configure who gets emailed:
Organisation default
Settings → Notifications (Bell icon, admin only). Add up to 20 email addresses. Every gate uses this list unless you override per-document.
Per-document override
Open a document, go to the Route step on the design canvas, find the Email Notifications node. Set your own list just for this gate. Click "Reset to organisation default" to go back to the global list.
What gets sent
- Lead captured: fires the moment your visitor finishes the full form.
- Partial submission: fires when your visitor finishes step 1 of a two-step form but doesn't continue. Off by default per webhook destination; turn it on if you want to follow up on abandoned forms straight away.
Each address gets its own email. If one fails to deliver, the others still go through.
Customising the email subject and body in-app, per-document subjects, and threading repeat captures from the same person are on the roadmap.
